Is this AI or RPA?+
Both. AI reads the documents and emails. Rules and RPA handle the checks and data entry. A person approves anything that matters.
Does this mean cutting jobs?+
That's your call. We build it so you can grow without adding back-office headcount.
What does the fixed fee buy?+
The full 60-day engagement for one process, agreed before kickoff. Final cost depends on complexity. Scope changes get a new fixed fee.
What about security?+
Read-only access by default, under NDA. Approval gates on anything that acts. Your data stays in your systems, and in the EU if you need it to. AROBS is ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO/IEC 42001 certified.
